This beta version changes the underlying GEM channel behavior. By delaying when GEM initializes the channels, we allow the custom, deliberate placement of the GEM channel.

In short: This will keep the GEM channel number the same. You can even change the ordering of the channels and it will be retained.

The one side effect is that this will prevent GEM from initializing until 1-5 seconds after your UI has rendered and you have logged in. Until you see the list of people in the GEM channel, you will be unable to use GEM.

This does not work reliably.

Changes:

• Allows moving GEM chat to chat frames other then the default.
• Corrected some typos and other errors in not-often-called pieces of the code.
• Wrapped calling ChatFrame_OnEvent to protect against addons that hook this function incorrectly.

• Clicking on player names from GEM chat will now use the default behavior of prompting you to send them a tell.
• Rearranged the chat type handling code.
• Added a proper handler for when the GEM settings are changed.
